When the second largest school district in the nation achieved the necessary approvals and financing to pursue a $19 billion construction program, it contracted with Paragon Partners for essential Right of Way and Real Estate consulting services. The school district’s endeavor included 79 new schools and 60 building additions. Our experienced team pursued the grand-scale project with the same focus used on all engagements, regardless of size.
